Newly decorated hotel
Freshly made food. Magnificent location close to the Saint Charles train station.Staff were especially helpful.Kept the place fairly clean.Very good experience, would be happy to recommend

The hotel is very centrally located and you can easily get everywhere on foot.
In the room it was very loud and unfortunately the bathroom was not clean at all.

The place was recently refurbished and extremely convenient and the staff were attentive, the location was perfect in a quite area had to keep Windows shut. Our rooms were fashionable and airy with large bathroom, twin beds, as example. Breakfast for this price very good with lots of choice. Optimal location, as it is also close to the railway station and the old port, and is easily accessible on foot.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Marseilles, 5 minutes walk from the Gare Saint Charles train station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms furnished in modern style, with large bathroom. Good facilities. Nice place to spend couple of days while in Marseilles.
WiFi internet connection should be available in all rooms not only in the hotel lobby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Nora at the Front Desk. Location is good for either shopping (on the parallel street 5 min. walk) or harbourfront which is maybe 15 min. walk away.
I was very pleased with the breakfast. Good choices and ample.
